Harnett County Family and Childcare Resources is an early childhood education agency of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, the Harnett County Center, and Harnett County Government. Through a unique blend of direct services, education, training, and community partnerships, we support families, childcare providers, and community stakeholders on issues affecting young children and quality childcare.
Our mission is to enhance the quality and availability of childcare by providing resources, professional development opportunities, technical assistance, family support services, and community education. We are committed to strengthening early childhood programs, empowering families, and promoting positive outcomes for children throughout Harnett County.
By working collaboratively with childcare professionals, parents, businesses, and community organizations, Harnett County Family and Childcare Resources helps build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success for the children and families we serve.
